Streaming Microphones

Find the source for your question.

Use the verified manufacturer, retailer or software support channel for the particular arrangement involved.

A clear support question identifies the actual equipment and the stage where something is unclear. Keep the relevant model and software documentation beside it.

A product or an existing order

Use the manufacturer’s verified support page or the retailer’s current contact process. For an order, follow the channel on your confirmation. Streaming Microphones does not hold customer orders, process payments or arrange returns and repairs.

A connection or compatibility question

Name the exact microphone, interface if used, computer and intended connection. Ask the responsible manufacturer about the requirements that apply to that combination. The connection guide helps organise the stages without treating a connector label as a complete compatibility answer.

A software question

Use the current documentation and support process for the application and version involved. For OBS, the official audio-source reference and mixer guide describe its own audio functions. An editorial example is not a substitute for the instructions that apply to another application.

A practical description

Explain what you expected, what you observed and which part of the arrangement changed. Keep the account focused on the actual setup. The listening-check guide offers a way to make those observations easier to follow.

Keep private information private

Do not put passwords, stream keys, payment information or private recordings in article searches or public comments. Check the support channel before sharing files or account details and use its appropriate secure process.
